Walnuts with honey and vanilla ice cream
Ingredients (for 6 people):
200gr walnuts
50g butter
500gr honey
an ice cream portion for each one
Preparation:
Fried the walnuts with butter, put in on the ice cream portion and drop a honey table spoonful. This is an original chinese dessert.

Roasted apples at 1900 style
Ingredients (for 4 people):
4 big apples
2 butter table spoonful
1 water table spoonful
4 honey table spoonful
2 ginger syrup table spoonful
2 cutted ginger table spoonful
1 sugar level spoonful
Aproximately: 380 calories/person
Time of cooking: : 25 minutes
Cook tools: a mould to bake
Preparation:
Wash and dry the apples, and take out the heart of each one without break it, with a pointed knife.
Open it on the top like a funnel.
Melt butter in the mould, and pre-heat the overn at 250º C.
Heat a water table spoonful.
Mix honey with ginger syrup, and hot water with sugar, and cover the apples with the mixture
Cook it in the oven during 25 minutes.

Fruit salad with noney
Ingredients:
400g strawberries
2 bananes
orange juice (from 2 oranges)
a glass of moscatel wine
2 honey table spoonful
Preparació:
Wash strawberries and cut it in half. Slice bananes and add it the orange juice, honey and wine.
Leave it to stand 3 hours aproximately, but think the more time you leave it the more tasty it will be.
You can add it tinned peach too.
This dessert does it my mother very often.

Fried bananes with honey
Ingredients:
6 bananes
50gr butter
500gr liquid honey
Preparation:
Fried bananes with the butter and coated in honey. Serve it hot.
This is a very easy an original dessert.

Toasted bread with honey and walnuts
Ingredients:
Cutted walnuts
Sliced toasted bread ( better if is wholemeal)
Thick honey ( rosemary or orange blossom)
Preparation:
Dip the bread in honey and put in on the walnuts.
You can eat it!
It´s a very easy and nice sweet, as well as a dessert or an afternoon snack, excellent to inviting friends too.
This was my favourite dessert when I was a child, and my mother told me how to do it.
